I've spent more than two decades as a C-suite executive — building companies, leading teams through funding rounds, scaling a venture-backed software business from $10M to $100M, and advising some of the most demanding organizations in the world on brand strategy and leadership narrative.

I bring that operating experience into every coaching engagement. I don't work from a curriculum or a methodology binder. I work from pattern recognition — the kind that only comes from having actually sat in the seat you're in.

The leaders I work with are already driven and high-capacity. They don't need motivation. They need someone who can see what they can't see — the blind spots, the stories they're telling themselves, the habits that worked until they didn't — and help them move through it with precision and speed.
